Store Credit & Returns FAQ
IMPORTANT:
As of May 1, 2026, all store credit will be issued via email gift card.
All past account credits will be sent by email as a gift card between June 4–10, 2026. Please save this email and keep your gift card code in a safe place.
Once a gift card has been issued, we are unable to resend, replace, or view the code.
To use your gift card, enter the code in the Gift Card box at checkout and click Apply. Please make sure the gift card is applied before completing your order, as we are unable to edit, adjust, or reverse transactions once they are placed.

Store credit is now sent by email gift card only. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Q: How do I make a return?
A: Use our return portal here → Return Portal
Q: Can store credit be applied after a purchase?
A: No. Credits must be used before completing checkout. Once an order is placed, credits cannot be added or refunded.
Q: When will my store credit be issued?
A: Store credits are processed within 3 Fridays after we receive your return. (If received on a Friday, that day does not count as one of the three.)
Q: Why is my credit less than what I paid?
A: Store credits are issued for the item amount minus restock fees. See our Return Policy for full details.
Q: Will you notify me when my return is received?
A: No. Customers are responsible for tracking their return shipments. We recommend using tracking and insurance. We do not send confirmation emails for received returns.
Q: Can I return an item purchased with store credit?
A: No. Items purchased using store credit are final sale.
Rewards Program

Sign up and redeem rewards by clicking the crown icon in the bottom-right corner of our website.

Rewards must be redeemed using the same email used at checkout. Accounts cannot be merged.

Rewards can only be earned and used on our website — not through Instagram, Facebook, or the app.

Once a reward is claimed, it cannot be reversed. We cannot view or retrieve used codes.
Rewards cannot be combined with any other codes or offers. Restrictions apply. See our policy for details.
