RETURN POLICY & TERMS
- When purchasing & completing an order with theFRINGEDpineapple Boutique LLC - Also By Clicking "I Agree To Terms & Conditions'' at checkout. Buyer agrees, they accept, understand, have read and are in agreement to the policy listed below, which includes restock fees, final sale items, return policy, sales restrictions, collections descriptions/restrictions, return time frames, insurance coverage etc. If you pay fast pay you are responsible for reading the policy before completing checkout. By completing checkout buyer agrees to receive email and/or sms messages from theFRINGEDpineapple Boutique LLC.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: ALL MADE TO ORDER TEES, SWEATSHIRTS, ITEMS ETC… (FRINGED EXCLUSIVES) ARE A FINAL SALE.

We do not offer refunds if items is ordered after this date and doesnt arrive in time.
- Once an item is "purchased" no refund will be issued, only store credit, even if the item{item's) have not shipped. (even if the order is accidental - or your kids purchased it.) CUSTOM PRINTING CAN TAKE UP TO 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS IF PRODUCT NEEDS ORDERED IN (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
- Due to inventory flow we DO NOT offer exchanges, only store credit, Buyer is responsible to make sure codes are applied, sizing & addresses are correct before completing purchase - once order is complete we are unable to edit/cancel. This includes, emails and addresses. Make sure you have access to the email you use on order we cannot send emails to another account. At this time to insure fast shipping we do not accept special request on orders. They are as placed.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Our Processing time is 8-10 Business days for shipping Business days/hours are 9am-4pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Mountain Standard time orders placed after 4pm on business days are considered ordered the next day. All orders are shipped First Class USPS.
- FREE first class shipping on U.S. orders over $150 with code "freeship" unless otherwise stated (if shipping cost is more than average it is at buyers cost ) Make sure code is applied at checkout it cannot be honored after (it is not an automatic code).
- If expedited shipping is paid for, this doesn’t expedite processing time it speeds up shipping transit time.
- Please keep in mind free shipping is an offer/code and cannot be mixed or stacked with other offers or codes. If you have two codes we suggest using the one that saves you more money!! Free shipping is only on orders over $150 pre tax & shipping.(Please double check code is applied we will not be able to honor, refund, or apply code once purchase is complete - Free shipping is no longer available for orders under $150 any ads marketing else wise are voided) If shipping cost is more then the flat rate we will send a separate invoice.
- At time items may be heavier and cost more to ship, we will send a separate invoice, this will be listed in the description. theFRINGEDpineapple ships International at buyer's full cost AT THIS TIME WE DO HAVE TO RESTRICT SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA. USDA Shipping Is Costing Over $100. (Please email us if you would like to order and willing to pay the cost) Internationational (shipping starts at $50). Shipping may be more than estimated at checkout and the difference will be invoiced (if needed).Please keep this ( all fees incurred are buyers responsibly) in mind when international shopping we do not cancel due to shipping cost. International buyers buy at their own risk, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Once an item leaves our store we are not responsible for it. If orders are placed separate shipping costs will not be refunded. (due to cost incurred and shipping increase ) (if shipping is refused to pay initial cost goes on store credit) Check and double check your address. We cannot change the address once an order is complete. If the package is sent back it'll be at buyer cost to ship again and correct the address during checkout , all other cost incurred due to wrong address are buyers responsibility ,if new shipping is not paid within 20 days item will go back in stock and credit will be applied to buyers account. We cannot guarantee returns/refused items will be returned to us at this time. We are not responsible for lost items if you are checking out on another source (facebook, instagram, etc) & you want coverage must request it or you are responsible for your item: loss, theft, damage etc.
ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION:
- WE NOW OFFER ROUTE FOR US PACKAGES ONLY On the website, id checkout on another source and you want coverage you must request it. we Are Not Responsible: for lost, stolen, damaged etc packages. At Checkout pay for your route insurance...(nonrefundable) (if route is opted out theFRINGEDpineapple is not responsible for lost or damaged packages) Please see route website for more details. INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES ARE NOT COVERED BY ROUTE.
THEFRINGEDPINEAPPLE APP:
- If you are shopping on the app please search “route” and add insurance for your cart to be covered. We are not responsible if the route is not added. our app does not support store credits. (must use a desktop to redeem)
- You must file a claim on www.route.com within 15 days of being delivered, or within 30 days of shipping. (it's customer reasonability to watch tracking) - we are not responsible if it's not done in this time frame.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- FRINGED EXCLUSIVES - MADE TO ORDER Items Discounted 15% or more, or discounted $5 or more (if cash value discounted )(example now $20 was $25), Fringed deals /all I want for Christmas & 2.0 The FRINGED Deal collection is a last chance reduced priced collection sold as is. Please see album description.
- ALL (holiday items )are final sale. All purchases with a return/store credit code (full or partial) used on or from a previous return, are FINAL SALE.
- ALL FOOTWEAR
- In instances they are accepted they must be shipped in original box, within another source of packaging- there will be 30%+restock fee.
- CUSTOM ORDERS/PREORDERS
- Custom sizing are all final sale, these can take up to 2-4 weeks for us to receive please take note of that when ordering. -- they cannot be canceled.
- OTHER FINAL SALE ITEM INCLUDE:
- Seasonal Items, basics tanks, bralettes, bodysuits, swimwear, shoes, purses, purse straps, backpacks, bags, jewelry, belts, tumblers, hats, rugs, any/all Accessories, home/car decor, stickers bedding/blankets, custom orders etc.
- Items sold at shows are a final sale Due to commonly donating a percentage of sales. - these item are sold "as is" In some instances that a final sale is accepted for return there will be a fee of 30%+
- Once you check out with a "final sale" item it is FINAL SALE no exceptions.
RETURN INFORMATION
- Clothing can be returned within 10 days of receiving
- (Request for returns must be made within 8 days of receiving)
- (Example: if received the 18th item(s) need to be in the mail the 28th (return request must be made by the 26th) if 10th day is a weekend itl'll need shipped out the Friday before please plan accordingly) You must file a return claim within 8 days of receiving through portal listed below & ship out within 10 days, (please do not email us for returns it must be claimed through the portal or it will not be accepted.) We have extended our policy from 5 day to 10 after 10 we will not accept in back. If sent the item will be refused and we will send an invoice for a label to send the item back if not paid within 30 days this item will be donated. We have the right to refuse a customers returns due to high number of returns/or other issues, and/or issue a higher restock fee.
- Store Credits are issued within 3 Fridays of receiving. If an item is received on a Friday it will be 3 Fridays from the following Friday. Click link Here -- [Return Portal](#) As Of May 2023 we no longer will accept packages shipped to the return address, this p.o. box is closing.Items will be returned to sender and new shipping will need paid for. Items will only be accepted with tags on, non washed or worn. If received & item has been washed or worn it will not be accepted. Items returned, are returned at buyer's cost(if “refused” or returned to sender a $10 shipping fee is deducted due to us being charged)it will . Items must be returned in condition that it was purchased in, if the item is damaged the buyer is responsible.
RESTOCK FEE:
- Items will not be accepted after the 10 days.(( in the case that an item(s) are accepted ((on occasion)) it is less an extra 10% of price + restock/shipping fee) 15% + On heavier items You must file a claim through the portal link above within return window, please do not email us for the returns it will not be accepted. we only check our returns email once a week. NO EXCHANGES: Inventory flows fast, and items may not be in stock for exchange. If you want a different size please purchase as it will not be held. We will not refund the initial purchase; it will be treated as a return. We typically reply to emails with 48 business hours (DO NOT contact via social media) (due to some systems please make sure to check junk mail for responses. )
- 10% restock fee on orders. If the item /package is a heavier weight (jeans, sweaters, etc.)or a store credit is used(if accepted back) a 15-30% fee will be applied. When "freeship"/ Or discount code is used: Items are store credit less 15-20% Restock.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM OR ITS DAMAGED?
- Defective Items or package discrepancies: Item must be delivered damaged to be accepted, if breaks,rips, etc during try on/during wear we are not responsible for replacing even within 2 days frame. You will need to file it for a return, and return team will review to see if it is acceptable for return. We have the right to refuse the return Life happens and we make mistakes & may accidentally send the wrong, wrong quantity, or damaged items, they must be claimed within 2 days of receiving no exceptions - (marked delivered)-- or is considered wear & tear. (Exterior packaging cannot be damaged see shipping section) If worn or washed within receiving (even in 2 day frame or before/after) theFRINGEDpineapple is not responsible for damage/wear & tear - if the same item is in stock we will replace damaged/wrong item. If it’s a defect we can fix (button, seam it will be fixed and sent back to you) Damaged/wrong item must be sent back within five days of receiving (paid label will be sent- if you choose to use another label or ship back without authorization we do not cover cost/fees), if not sent back within five days - it will be treated as a return & issued store credit. No refunds. (Example if received on the 4th must be claimed by the 6th or its past timeframe of claiming.) Original items must be sent back before new item is sent out. The faster it’s sent out the faster we send new item. (we do not pay rush shipping) If damaged please email info@thefringedpineapple.com photos of the damaged item(s) within two days of receiving. ((Photos must be sent within two days)) , do not file on our return portal, due to automatically approving. Make sure you choose and pay for route insurance -theFRINGEDpineapple is not responsible for damaged items. If proper authorization is not given before shipping back items are treated as a return for store credit no refunds. If Items are missing we must know within two days! please open your package upon receiving, we will not send a replacement/ or missing items after two days of receiving, only store credit will be issued if within policy. We “suggest” hand washing all delicate items. (Blouses, Sweaters, Bralettes) Etc to maintain bets quality. For graphic tees & denim we suggest washing inside out for to maintain it best quality.
WHAT IS A RESTOCK FEE?
- If "freeship" Code or a discount is used - Restock fee's $8 each item ((first class shipments)) $10-$15 (priority)). If shipping cost is higher there may be a higher fee please see full description below. IF YOU DID NOT USE FREE SHIP CODES PLEASE READ RESTOCK FEE SECTION OF POLICY. MAKE SURE YOU ITEM WAS NOT A FINAL SALE
WHEN DO I GET MY CREDIT ISSUED
- NO REFUNDS - WE ONLY DO STORE CREDIT ONCE YOU HIT COMPLETE ORDER. theFRINGEDpineapple LLC issues store credit via account every Friday ( we ask for three Fridays Between receiving for credits to be applied), If we are closed Friday credits will be issued on Following Business day. If the item is received on a Friday the credit will not be issued till following up too three Fridays. (that Friday does not count as one of the three) We DO NOT send emails out to notify. store credits cannot cover shipping & can only be used online on a desktop(our app does not support our store credit portal) Credits cannot mix with any other codes, for they are a code themselves.

Make sure you have access to the email you use on the order. We cannot change this once placed, and cannot forward credits or emails.

TERMS
- If a customer files a claim/chargeback and/or threatens when an item is delivered/shipped we have the right to press charges, & will no longer be able to shop with us. All communication will go through the merchant, unless we are specified otherwise. Any item says do not use code and code is used we will send an invoice. Item will not ship until invoice is paid
- No Canceling /Refunds due to this. If a customer files a claim and an item has been in shipment not received, we will add store credit & add item back into our stock. theFRINGEDpineapple has the right to refuse service. Free gifts on order are while supplies last. Discount are for day email is sent: theFRINGEDpineapple sells items in photos separately, no items are sold as a group theFRINGEDpineapple has the right to refuse orders. theFRINGEDpineapple respects privacy, no information will be given to a third party. Due to lighting & individuals phone/computer settings some colors may show differently. (this does not make final sale items eligible for return) Instagram does their size chart at random please look at our descriptions not their size chart.
MODIFICATION TO PRICES & ERRORS
- Prices of our products are subject to change, prices may change without any notification. At times we do have errors on descriptions, prices, & promotions. We have the right to cancel orders and/or change errors - this does not qualify for items refund, or reverse a final sale. We do our best to watch descriptions at times but there may be errors. If any items says excluded from discount and a discount is used, you will be invoiced and item will not ship until paid. International customers buy at their own risk. And above applies. Mystery/ Below wholesale items will be send a separate shipping invoicing for each bag/box/package ordered. If theFRINGEDpineapple forgives an order and the order is returned, fringed store credit will be removed. ((all giveaways are subject to Stock on hand- we have the right to refuse service ))
