RETURN POLICY & TERMS
By placing an order with The Fringed Pineapple Boutique LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This includes our policies on returns, final sale items, restocking fees, shipping, and more. Clicking "I Agree to Terms & Conditions" at checkout signifies your full understanding and acceptance of this policy.
ORDER & SALE POLICIES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order is placed. This includes accidental orders or orders placed by children. All custom and made-to-order items (Fringed Exclusives) are final sale.
HOLIDAY & PROMO SALES
Items purchased during promotions such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday are final sale due to steep discounts. Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be backdated or combined. Every 10 items may incur additional shipping fees.
RETURN POLICY
Clothing items may be returned for store credit only within 10 days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted through our Return Portal within 8 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Items sent without a return request, outside the window, or worn/washed will not be accepted.

Buyer covers return shipping.

A 10%-30% restock fee applies to all returns.

No exchanges due to limited inventory flow. Please repurchase desired items.
Final Sale Items Include:

All accessories, shoes, jewelry, swimwear, undergarments, home decor, rugs, bags, and hats

Holiday items, discounted items (15%+ off or $5+ off), Fringed Deals, and grab bags

All made-to-order/custom items, bulk sample items, and items sold at in-person shows

Items purchased using store credit or gift codes
Once marked final sale, these items cannot be returned under any circumstance.
SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME:
Orders ship within 8–10 business days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Business hours are 9 AM – 4 PM MT.
SHIPPING METHODS:

All orders ship USPS First Class unless upgraded.

Expedited shipping shortens transit time, not processing time.

Free shipping available on U.S. orders over $150 (pre-tax) with code freeship (must be entered at checkout—no exceptions).

Shipping overages (e.g. heavy items) may be invoiced.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide at the buyer’s cost. Shipping starts at $50 and may be higher than estimated. International buyers assume all risks and fees. We currently do not ship to Australia due to excessive USPS rates.
ADDRESS ERRORS:
We cannot update shipping info once an order is placed. Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will incur a reshipping fee. If not paid within 20 days, store credit will be issued and item restocked.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
We offer Route Package Protection for U.S. orders.

Must be added at checkout.

If declined, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Claims must be submitted to Route within 15 days of delivery.
Our app requires Route to be added manually—search “Route” before checkout. App does not support store credit.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Must be reported within 2 days of delivery via email at info@thefringedpineapple.com (include photos).

Do not use the return portal for damages.

Items must be unworn/unused.

If replacement is in stock, we will send it upon receiving the original item back.

If repairable (e.g. loose seam), we may repair and return.

If not returned within 5 days of authorization, it will be processed as a standard return (store credit only).
Missing items must also be reported within 2 days. After that, replacements will not be issued.
RESTOCK FEES

Standard: 10%

Heavy items or orders using store credit: 15%–30%

Orders using free shipping or discount codes: Store credit only, minus 15%–20%
Fees cover packaging, handling, and restocking labor.
STORE CREDIT
We do not issue refunds.
Store credits are processed every Friday and applied within 3 Fridays from when your return is received.

Credits do not apply toward shipping.

Store credit can only be used on desktop browsers (not on the app).

Credits cannot be combined with other codes.
HOW TO USE STORE CREDIT
Use the Return Portal and follow the instructions. You must use the same email from your order. We cannot update or forward store credit emails.
SEZZLE PAYMENTS
Available for orders over $100.
GIVEAWAYS & FRINGED BUCKS

Must claim giveaway within 72 hours.

U.S. shipping is free; international winners pay shipping.

Fringed Bucks are earned only through app/website purchases.

Points are non-transferable and deducted for returns.
GRAB BAGS
Excluded from free shipping. $8 flat shipping applies. If unpaid, cost is deducted from store credit.
TERMS OF SERVICE

Threats, false claims, or chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension and potential legal action.

Orders using invalid promo codes will be invoiced; shipment is paused until payment.

Color discrepancies due to lighting or screens do not qualify for returns.

Items are sold individually unless otherwise stated.

Prices and descriptions are subject to change. Errors may be corrected at our discretion.
