Waterproof and Neoprene insulated, Pendleton Boots are constructed with the finest rubber compound and built with a mid-foot internal shank system to provide all day comfort, support and protection. Neoprene and Wool Plus lining provide moisture wicking insulation and comfort.  Fully lined 5mm neoprene provide both comfort and insulation. Temperature rating to -20F/-29C
